How to Build the Perfect Training Kit
Share
You don't need a crazy gym setup to get fit. Most people overcomplicate it and end up not starting at all. This is the simple training kit I use (or would use) to stay active anywhere.
What a "Perfect" Training Kit Means
- It's simple.
- It's portable.
- It helps you stay consistent, not perfect.
The Essentials (core items).
- Good shoes → for walking/running.
- Water bottle → hydration = better performance.
- Comfortable clothes →makes you actually want to move.
- Phone + headphones → music = motivation.
What Matters More Than Gear
- Consistency > expensive equipment
- Walking is underrated
- You don't need to "look like a gym person
Example Simple Routine
- 30 min walk or steps
- 10–15 min bodyweight (squats, push-ups, etc.)
- Stretching
The best training kit isn't the one that looks cool - it's the one you actually use
