How to Build the Perfect Training Kit

You don't need a crazy gym setup to get fit. Most people overcomplicate it and end up not starting at all. This is the simple training kit I use (or would use) to stay active anywhere.

What a "Perfect" Training Kit Means

  • It's simple.
  • It's portable.
  • It helps you stay consistent, not perfect.

The Essentials (core items).

  1. Good shoes → for walking/running.
  2. Water bottle → hydration = better performance.
  3. Comfortable clothes →makes you actually want to move.
  4. Phone + headphones → music = motivation.

What Matters More Than Gear

  • Consistency > expensive equipment
  • Walking is underrated
  • You don't need to "look like a gym person

Example Simple Routine

  1. 30 min walk or steps
  2. 10–15 min bodyweight (squats, push-ups, etc.)
  3. Stretching
